I like fast editing but the last seconds of this were crazy! There were like 20 cuts in 2 seconds when she drove to meet the dragon.

Looks interesting but editing needs to improve just a little bit I'm a huge fan of these movies but yea, shots were not carefully edited and the cameras were shaking and moved clip to clip too fast. I like how most of the movie were filmed in dark places, just like any other horror movie, and I actually like how they put it as an action movie instead of a full horror movie, like we saw the games, and it would be a little boring watching it all over again, like you are watching the games??? So I like this movie most out of the other Resident Evil movies. If this is really Milla Jovovich's last movie as Alice, then it would be such a shame cause I really want these movies to get better and by a new director. Hope this gets a remake a Alice is still portrayed as the main character. Hope the one who plays Alice in the remake is still Milla Jovovich. To those of you who managed to read this far, thank you very much for reading and have a good day/night. This is just my personal opinion.

I still liked it even if they played with the lore a little too much and killed all heroes RIP. Also Wesker should have been the main antagonist along with a final fight.

Editing is horrendous, CGI makes How to Train your dragon look like Avatar, they've retconned ANY connection to Resi 2 and Dr Ashford, and they've given Jorah Mormont throat cancer. Anderson, please stop. your making Uwe Boll look good.

Some cuts may be seen of as annoying, they might go too fast. They tried to pull of a quick action sequence. But, Resident Evil's movies is cheesy but to me, in a fun and good way. The cgi is ok to me. I've seen worse... I actually did. Resident evil retribution and apocalypse are such a video game feel, the ending may have been rushed idk.

I love the Resident Evil games and movies, including the CGI ones, but this last one was fucking garbage. No loose ends were tied, there were more questions than answers, and it was all over the place. Truly the lowest of them all. Retcons EVERYWHERE.

Perhaps Resident Evil the final chapter is the best part of the story that ended in the film franchise, Alice is such a character that inspires me in many ways and the best that l have

After the end of retribution the final chapter looked promising! A lot of game characters introduced with some returning. Then the final chapter came out and as much as I wanted to enjoy it, I couldn’t. Firstly the fact that the last movie went out of it ways to introduce fan favourite characters and suddenly kill all of them off screen in the opening is ridiculous. I found it an insult. I love the movies and I find that there are a lot of errors with the plot, it contradicts itself! Alice suddenly mentions her long time friend Jill valentine was ceased and brainwashed by umbrella but made no mention or recollection of it even happening in extinction or afterlife. Alice seems to know about ada wong but yet again she is never referenced. If these characters are present in the story their presence should be known even if we don’t see them. Now the problem I have with the final chapter is the way it was shot. Too many wobbly camera angles, spanning the scenery should be a really nice shot but it moves to fast and ends up being a blur. The fight scenes excellently choreographed but the lack of slow motion used in them causes my eyes to hurt when I watched it. Too much was happening in them and the little slow motion the director put in was poorly placed. For example in one scene Claire picks a gun up in slow motion. I think the biggest mistake was removing slow motion from the fight scenes as the movie in my opinion is unwatchable due to how fast it moves. You cannot keep up with the action there is too much happening at one time
