This video does a good job explaining how to assemble and install the fence. There is nothing wrong with using a girl who is pretty to explain the installation process. Installing a fence can be boring, and using a pretty girl does help make the installation more interesting. I have to wonder how well the vertical bars 'lock' into place, that someone can't simply pull them up and out to remove them.

You can't pull them out. It has a mechanism that locks in place, and to remove them, you have to break the plastic square locks where the pickets fit. I made the mistake of putting all pickets into the bottom one because the instructions on the paper weren't very clear, and I watched this video very late. Xcel did great and told me to rip them off and shipped me a replacement. It was a pain to remove, so I hope this answers your question

This gate come with no instruction manual. Only some vague diagram printed on the box's label and this video which seems to have a lot of info cut out of it. I looked on the website and there is not even a .pdf file of the instruction manual. I didn't even notice the link to this video on the box until after I crammed the skinny tubes through the crossbars with a mallet, while chipping some plastic clips off. I still don't know exactly which screws goes where. Sure I could take a guess but I rather be certain with an instruction manual. People complain about IKEA manuals but at least IKEA gives you a manual, unlike this gate which does not. Edit: Consider cutting off the comments after reading this one. I'm not sure how all these gross people found their way to this video. They're even kind of trying to dox her. Also, post a detailed instruction manual! Edit: Nevermind, my dad found the manual in the middle of that skinny box.

Hold on...@ 1:45 u said the one that doesn't go all the way through goes on the top...but in the video u have it on the bottom because the pickets are sticking up not down! So clearly the 2 that goes all the way through, goes at the top! Unless u want a picket bottom then the one that doesn't go all the way through goes on top

"Never knew a regular familly can BUILD a fence" She says.. Building a fence and installing one.. are two different things. Installing is not so hard.. building on the other hand.. is another story. Is not so easy like video cuts and filming in scenes.
