Possibly the most informative vacuum infusion build video I have seen. Super sweet boat, so many nice design features. Answered a few of my questions regarding vacuum infusion but still got some.

I built social ski, ski race and fishing boats for 10 years. I always doubted using synthetic materials in the transom over Ply. Seems my doubts were justified. Fibreglassing really does suck badly.

Interesting video I guess they taper the edges so it overlaps with the next section …wouldn’t like the wood but sounds like it’s the stronger option probably the life of the boat for the first owner anyway

If the penetrations are done properly it will never be an issue. It's only when someone exposes it to water does it have a chance to deteriorate.
