Yes, UV resin is a ready to use Epoxy Resin. I use UV tape for my resin pendants , it serves as a mat so the resin won't spill below.

No. UV resin doesnt need to be mixed with hardener since it’s “ready to used” type of resin

Yes, it is necessary to avoid resin bubbles from getting into your lungs but You can try the regular mask if you still don't have the budget.
