Jesus' heart was steadfastly fixed on the purpose of going to the cross to pay the price to secure mankind's redemption from the bondage of sin and death. His mission was about saving lives and not destroying them, so He rebukes a couple of His disciples for suggesting that they call down fire to destroy the Samaritans who rejected Christ. Are you resolute in the purpose that God has for your life?
