Sports fans and media members alike are in near unanimous agreement that having the SB in Vegas this year was fantastic. Most other venues that host Super Bowls have lodging scattered many miles from the event. In Vegas, though crowded at times, nearly EVERY room is only a couple of miles away. People LOVED it. Expect the SB to return to Allegiant every few years.

Sickening with resort fees. Charge the third party bookings and not the direct bookings. And the front desk will not waive the fees.

Please remind your LVA members that we need to get the Palms Buffet print out signed at the Players Club. I wish we had seen that on the coupon because we waited for hours in the buffet line only to have to wait in the long players club line to get it signed. Also, we might've got you new members by showing off the coupon book and showing this episode I was watching while in line!!!

I love both of your types of shows, I think you should drink beer all the time. Your show gets better the more you drink.

I understand charging resort fees if you book through a third party. But why don't the hotels remove the resort fee if you book direct with the hotel?

The live streams often occurs at times when I cannot watch. I always go back and check it out anyway. So I would just like to put out there that it is a valuable watch. Although, I would love to catch the live stream.

Love the weekly videos! Just became a LVA member this year and can't wait to visit and use my coupons. I think the live videos are good if people catch them because them they feel like they're interacting with you with questions. The edited videos are better for viewing later because they're more polished and shorter.

Just my preference, I don't care for anyone's live shows. I love your shows though, just not live. Rio rooms are lovely. I stayed there in 1997 when I got married and the rooms were nice, but kind of dark. I like the bright redo.

App betting helps the final betting numbers though. Like with Bet MGM, I bet using my phone while in Las Vegas even though I can't make a bet when in CA. So I bet a couple of prop bets and took KC the week before the game and won some money even though I was in CA when the game was being played. Otherwise, I might not have done so without it being on the app.

Resort fees need to be put on a list and presented to us and presented with a break down of how much of the fee goes to that thing. If you use something that day on the resort fee list, you get charge that day. If you don't, that gets credited back to you when you check out. It's not hard for them to do. If they can charge you for removing something off the mini fridge or more items being connected to the Wi-Fi, they can prorate resort fees.

Always go back and watch the live stream. Usually not available when it is live.

Great news about the Rio offer. I hope they extend it as I already have booked my next trip in March at the DT Grand using the LVA coupon. I have high hopes for the Rio if they follow through with nice rooms, decent rates, fair food prices and good gambling. As for Super Bowl 58, one bet that won no matter how you played it was teasing the total and one of the teams. It's not considered a smart bet by the sharps but thanks to overtime, no matter which team you picked and no matter if you went over or under, a 6 point teaser won. I do think the Niners should have kicked to start overtime though.

I know nothing about football, but I did watch the overtime ending. That was exciting! I hope the casinos don’t price me out of coming there…plan on being back in July.

I used to spend 18 to 24 nights per year in Vegas Strip hotels. Around when the resort fees hit $25-$30, I switched to AirBNBs. Yes, I know how to add and calculate the true price, but I also like booking rooms online via Priceline, Hotwire, and other sites where to get the best deals, you can choose the option to not be sure of which hotel you're getting, just location, number of stars, and enough review info to take a good guess. To have unknown amounts of resort fees extorted from you at check-in on a room you already PAID IN FULL for online, is ridiculous. It is corporate deception at its finest. Just tell me the actual price of the damned room, or you don't get my business. Until then, I'm happy to pay a mom and pop operation for my own bedroom, bathroom, and electronic door lock code, and join the hosts for a free bacon and egg breakfast.

I have had very good luck with dream card as well at the Palms. I believe individual machines can be set to different ranges of chancesof getting the dream card so the overall house percentage may vary from one property to the other, even if the schedule is the same. I usually stick with triple play because tenplay is too expensive for me. The other day I was waiting for my husband and happened to play nickel dream card instead of my usual triple play so I went to 10 play DDB almost instantly got Aces with a kicker thanks to the final dream card. that was nifty. I would like to be able to play quarter 10 play but that's kind of rich for my blood. I think the word you are looking for is that dream card is extremely VOLITILE.

The line here went to 46.5 before kickoff and I took the unders....(rat bastards!) - I thought I was a genius at the end of the 1st, and even at the half. (SF's defense looked incredible that 1st quarter) - With a score of 19-16 with 1:53 left, I thought I had a chance of cashing, but of course, no joy on it. I did have a tease though with SF+3.5 and under 50.5, so I juiced out for the day. I left the props alone this year, and that was a good thing - I would have lost on all of them. The last live show was great. I am a total heterosexual, but I think I have a man crush on Frank now.....He was a coot cat...Lots of knowledge. I bet he would be a hoot to hang out with at the casino for a few hours on an NFL Sunday.

@Anthony/Andrew: Two Questions about how video poker software works. 1) Does the software shuffle the deck between each hand? 2) When dealing the player's 5 card hand, does it take the first 5 cards from the deck or does it randomly select 5 cards from any position in the deck? So if the SB made 1 billion in revenue for Vegas, there is no way F1 brought in that much as well! Also, how did they get those numbers so fast, when we are still waiting to hear how much F1 brought in??? The SB brought in more ppl, money, attention than F1, it must have. Regarding resort fees - I would like to see them go to $300 per night. (or more) If you gamble any significant amount, the fees are waived, so you are not impacted by them. - That is the problem with Vegas now - it is catering to the folks who do not gamble, and they continue to dwindle down the perks they use to flow to the gamblers....When I visit, I gamble about 8-10 hours a day while the wife uses the pool and spa, we catch a show every night, and sleep in every day. All this used to be comped....I used to get air fare reimbursed, free rooms, free food, free show tickets every night, a certain amount of cash after checking in, and even got comped gift shop purchases (up to a few hundred). Nowadays, we get the free rooms with the resort fees waived, (4 nights on my card, 4 on the wife's card) and the resort credit is usually $400 or less and the free play usually is just $600 now. (I used to get a minimum of $1000 in cash just to stay and play at the property) I have not had any offers of air fare for a couple of years now. (Except for the Beau Rivage - We get their junket offers for free that includes air, room, and a little food and free play credit. - We have done this offer 3 times in the past 18 months, and we actually like it more than going to Vegas now.) If the resort fees went way, way up, maybe the non-gambler visitors attendance would drop enough for the city to go back to what it was meant to be - A destination that caters to gamblers.

You guys seem very nice and I appreciate all that you do , but in my humble opinion, your shows are very long-winded and boring. On top of that you’re sitting down and static. Can you try to make your show more visual and inviting for the viewer, if this isn’t just a podcast. This is KZfaq you have to make your shows visually appealing as well.
