My favorite breathing trainer is the BreatheEasy Lung Exerciser. Pocket-size device that anyone who breathes can benefit from. 👍🏼

The springs inside vibrate and make a noise if you are not inhaling properly//

You are adding resistance to the expiratory phase of respiration, and not the inspiratory phase. How is it an inspiratory muscle trainer. The technique looks no different from a simple PEP device. I think the inspiratory muscles are trained when patients inhale through the threshold device
