During this lecture we discuss the factors that influence compliance such as surface tension, elasticity of the lungs, the natural flexibility of the surrounding thoracic cage, and surfactant production. This is a very great video thank you very much! what a teacher!! But I have one thing that I really need to understand, which is the banana curve of lung compliance (the compliance diagram) that relates the changes of volumes and pressures during both inspiration and expiration.
