SimplyGo battery lasts around 50 minutes on 2 LPM continuous flow. If you are using it a lower setting, please get the unit serviced or replace the battery.

Not true...I have medicare and United Healthcare AARP and have had one for 3 years now.

While using the unit remove the power cable when the battery is full. When storing the unit store is at half charge.

The model is still available and is the smallest continuous flow POC. Backpack is not available for this unit.

At high settings the time required to charge the battery will be much longer and at the highest settings, it may not charge at all. Please refer to user's manual.

The unit is not able to detect breath. Check the connection from the cannula to the device. Make sure the nasal cannula is properly positioned on your face and that you are breathing through your nose. Make sure the cannula tubing is not kinked or obstructed.

Yes, SimplyGo will work without battery from wall outlet only. However, the manufacturer does not recommend it since the machine will stop working, without any alert, in case of power outage.
