This was basically my reaction when I heard this in the car the other day did the first time. It was the first song I had listened to by them and when the guitar started at the beginning my fucking mind melted and I was literally driving around saying “THIS IS SO FUCKING GOOD!!!”

Next week I will go to see their live show for the first time. This year, I went to see many live shows such as BABYMETAL, Unlucky morpheus and Ningen isu. I recently found this HANABIE and can't wait to see their live show at the end of 2021! 🤘

Love the reaction. Lollipop Candy Girl was their first (and only) single. They crowd-funded their first full album and it sold out . Maybe we should launch an crowdfunder to have the album and their Cherry blossoms are blooming EP re-pressed ? So more people can buy them. (Tunecore have placed the tracks on youtube and other streaming services but the CDs would be cooler to have.)

As I said above...I ordered the Cherry EP and even payed for it. I ordered through Zenmarket and didnt know it was back order. But its over a month ago and they dont even give a straight answer to Zenmarket. Just wait, I get for answer! Hell...it cant be THAT hard to know its out of stock, also from their dealer...wherever that is! I think it is from HMV & Books. You STILL can add it to cart on their own site btw...its so strange!

LOL Nice one boys These girls are fantastic fun and write it all them selves and like a drink lol .Criminally under exposed but with people like you lads it wont be long, the Album is played regularly at mine and is superb not good for people with ban necks lol . Ask them for an interview they are learning English Sae the drummer can speak a bit and Yukina is learning as well .And they started off at school doing MTH covers .

To me it is funny or interesting that they have the Ganguro or Garu people in the back ground. Its a reference older Japanese pop culture I think that was late 90 early 2000. They had very tan makeup and usually white eyeliner. I thought alot of that culture was gone from Japan. Reminds me of the old game Para Para Paradise. Love that game. It had Eurobeat music but it was fun. Japanese dancing game. I used to play it in high school the arcade near me actually had a machine it was fun.

@@dicodec Well at one point the Gal culture was hip and cute. The girls from the group are more of a more modern version of it maybe they are paying homage to the past. In addition Garu culture was them trying to look "white" some of then even had surgeries on their eyes to look wider. This is am absolute stretch but maybe that is kinda them paying homepage to us for bringing them metal. Yeah that super egocentric and probably not the reason why but it made sense in my head for a monent lol.

After I listened to one song, it sounded interesting and I had a good first impression. Maybe this is new Kawaii-metal generation? BUT NO, not quite there yet because I had high hype so it turned me down big time. Here's some critics after watching them for an hour, both live and MV, they have some big flaws: First problem is their songwriting at this stage is not really good so far: they don't know metal well enough. Not to mention Kawaii metal is not easy at all, that's why Koba - the producer of Babymetal is the genius to put them together so well Having too used to Babymetal top tier stuffs might have something to do with this but I feel they're more like random generic growl there and there, cute lines there and there, throw together, not very well thought to contrast all what they have, and hard to get into melody too. Their songs also have weak impact on the *feel* of audiences, growl-scream-cute lines are all for the sound only, not deliver any emotion, yes very generic the more I listen, completely opposite to how I grow to like BM songs that I didn't like before the more I listen to them. So after listening their songs for 1hour, I already almost forgot what they sounded like by the time writing this, I can't identify their songs after listened to most of them - they're repetitive and don't have uniqueness
