Expiration of whey refers to it's old stock situation. It would still pass the labtest because the time does not reduce amino acids. What's interesting to know is, whether they turn rancid & junked with dust or not.

he also said anti caking agent are used to increase the shelf life........you can compare on performance vs on gold standard(why is anticaking is present in one but not in other),this instill doubt if you can clarify
