i have a 250 sherpa thats mostly in great working order with the acception that it needs new rings. the motor dose not get the greatest compression under moderate stress but it still runs. nice bike. i also have a 350 unfortunately one of the bearings on the crank shaft locked up but i guess with a bike of its age youl have that. the 350 was more like a 2 wheel tractor... lots of torque.
