Restaurant patrons don't expect to get a pile of gunks and score it based on the taste alone. A LOT of them genuinely think their food is great, and TBH, most of it is probably pretty good, which is great for home cooking. So they often think they just need a couple tweaks and exposure. But this isn't in their home, and even good home cooking should be below a restaurant.

@@lordgarion514 Exposure has to be the reason, because being open 3 days a week isn't even trying. Not that it's fair, but the restaurant business is known for long hours and tight management and bookkeeping to make it in the long run.

I work at a restaurant that is only open during the daytime when mostly folk are awake but sometime time peoples still come in and seem tired so i gets then the coffee to enjoy the caffeinations.
