Paneer
3tbsp oil
1tbsp cumin seeds
1 cup chopped onion
1 spoon ginger and garlic paste
1tbsp turmeric powder
1tbsp red chilli powder
2tbsp coriander powder
2 cup tomato puree & green chili
1tbsp tomato paste for colour (optional)
Cover it for 5 minutes
Salt to taste
1tbsp roasted kasoori methi
Cook for again 5 minutes
Add 1cup water
1 cup matar
Add 2 tbsp whipped cream (optional)
Paneer cubes roasted than add to gravy
