I knew this was going to happen. When I was making deliveries in Florida the restaurant would be empty and the delivery part would be busy. I said it soon this restaurant will just be a kitchen

Cloud kitchens is right up front with the big dogs and its playing a huge role in the advancement to this new revolution. It's pros out ways it's con, its the same cooks who's been cooking our food in that area minus all the bullsh!t like rent increase and hiring front of the house staff. It gives them more time to focus on their craft (the food) as well as meeting yearly food safety standard regulations. If the food is good it's going to sell, if your food ain't selling its because it ain't good, period. Cloud kitchens are the real deal and will be for a very long time.

Yay! I always found tipping dumb. Other countries just add it to the bill. I don't do delivery either. I'm not lazy so I'll pick it up. Why the hell would i ever pay a penny more than my bill? That's just silly. Lesson- don't be lazy. Cook your damn selves. It's way healthier too.

why are the restaurant delivery deals just a newer version of groupon? any idea of a unicorn's life span?
That's why the restaurant can't sell the virtual kitchen items is because the franchisee isn't allowed.

And then 6 to 7 months later, Ghost Kitchens would become essential during the pandemic.

I had a chef on my radio show who swore the ghost kitchen she worked in was really run by ghosts. You've gotta hear this: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/b7ahhqWqtZiaYXU.html

As long as there are lazy people that refuse to cook these concepts will thrive.

Or people who dont have a lot of time
@joeciocco4574 жыл бұрын
@@JRPGGUY How long does it take to cook eggs, rice, things of that nature? Im a chef, cooking a steak takes ten minutes. Its not about time, its about laziness which is fine, its making jobs. As long as lazy people are out there then these jobs will thrile. I actually love it, people paying an extra four dollars for a value meal at mcdonalds.
@joeciocco4574 жыл бұрын
@@notm.m5960 It certainly does!! The whole country has gotten lazy. As time goes on, people who actually have work ethic will be in demand.

..... the same lazy people that do nothing productive except staring at their fooking phones all day long and ordering their dollar menu burger just by tapping ubereats with their greasy finger.

There's an inevitable imbalance in the kitchen/delivery workforce. A lazy generation does not want to work in a ghost kitchen; they want to deliver on their own schedule. Restaurants will become a novelty and ghost kitchens will struggle to find employees to prepare their menu items.
