A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.", which means an experience you get with the help of your senses (hearing, seeing, etc.) that makes you feel at ease. :)

Meg you’ve come a long way!! Been watching you guys for a long time, and my kids are about the same ages. I also find myself being a little more lax and just trying to keep meals healthy but also have more fun with snacks (I’m slowly letting go lol).
