Paint looks okay, but did I miss the part where you put grease in those roller bearings? Oil in the case?

@@bolat1942 дык аффтар мошенник , - это не реставрация! Более того - аффтар нихрена не понимает в технике - нельзя колотить по внутренней обойме подшипнега - ему будет кирдык, и других ляпов полно...

I saw that you cleaned the bearings and gears to the machine, but when you reassembled it, you forgot to use lithium grease on the bearings and gears, you are going to have trouble down the road and have to rebuild it again. Thanks

Я как понял это коробка переключения мощности шестерни как новые , напоминают мотоциклетные где-то на 3 передачи и подшипники как будто с завода молодцы ребята сейчас и у нас все переходят на ременую передачу , я не знаю откуда вы и поймёте русский но все равно молодцы

NUNCA ví la aplicación de grasa automotriz en ningún momento!!!. Un poco de aceite lubricante (y muy poco, por cierto). Están seguros que está máquina funcionará??? Creo que estamos ante una reparación de aficionados... Muy loable, pero muy poco profesional.

Если уж начал ремонтировать и восстанавливать, то уж и доделывал бы до конца, почему чехол с верху не сделал, что бы закрыть все шестерни.

Cool 😎. For a second It looked like the main body landed on you toe when you flipped it over. My brain was saying oooowwwww. Also I hope you were at least wearing a mask when you were wiring brushing the paint and rust away because it looked like old leaded enamel paint.

Te podkładki zębate najpierw się odbezbiecza przez odgięcie jednego ząbka z nakrętki. Przy montażu widać że jedna podkładka kręci się razem z nakrętką więc równie dobrze mogłoby jej tam w ogóle nie być. I łożysko w otwory wbija się pierścieniem zewnętrznym a w walki wewnętrznym. No i pasowało by je wymienić bo strasznie szumią.

What I find strange is that most components are installed dry. No grease on the ball races etc.

I would guess Sulfamic Acid, which is excellent for removing oxidation on various parts.
