Is it possible to restore or fix it this extremely rusty and damaged truck? Watch this unique restoration old metal tin toy car truck. Watch the video and see how i dealt with this restoration. I wouldn't call this "precision" He actively removes pieces of rust that could have been restored with a rust remover and then bends the metal to take it apart wich should not be done in the restoration world for something like this.

Please don't do what he does. He ruins the truck by scraping off metal and taking the truck apart. A true restoration build does not go through this harsh treatment. Please use a good rust remover technique first with a small object such as these. It would increase the price tenfold.

I may be alone in this opinion, but I'd say no music. Or if you do, something softer and more chill. Personally I like videos like this to relax and wind down so the fast, intense music really threw it all off for me. Great restoration though!

I love the videos and I’m fascinated by this hobby. I’m curious, why didn’t you use the method with the metal, battery charger, a liquid mixture. I don’t know the name of the process but a quick Google search says it’s electrolytic rust removal. I’m not sure if that is correct.

Yes he should have used a rust remover technique such as this. Doing what he did, taking it apart effectively ruined the project. Taking apart an antique worth a lot in the collectable world is a big nono. Instead he continued to scrape and ruin the truck entirely by replacing many parts with new ones.
