Well done on getting through the work! There are mistakes. Some don’t really matter but some are important. I’m willing to lay odds on the crank front and rear seals failing early and/or one of the valves sticking/seizing early. Caveat emptor.

This was a lot of work, done well. When the engine first started a few sounds were not right. After a very short while everything turned out very well. This engine will probably work day and night for 20 years and will then be ready to be renewed again. A lot of work with an engine this large. One of the valves should have been turned on a lathe with emery paper. Just one out of all of them.

Olha parceiros não sei de vocês mais que eu aprendi é sempre passar óleo lubrificante nos comandos pistões e virabrequim antes de colocar e apertar os mancais e não vi nada disso hein será que por aí não precisa hein rs

That pump is for a eight cylinder not for the six cylinder being cleaned up

How many hours did it take from teardown to rebuild? I would say at least two weeks to maybe a month! But you all did a wonderful job!

Aos 34 minutos é feito teste com a bomba injetora. A bomba em teste é de um motor com 8 cilindros. Qual a necessidade de nos enganar assim??? O motor é de 6 cilindros, pqp.

one of the exhaust valves should have been replaced. valves should slide in easily.

That's not a cat engine it's a deawoo engine cat never had or made a deawoo engine.

دوست عزیز این موتور دوو شیش سیلندر هست پس چرا پمپ گازوییل رو دستگاه تنظیم پمپ هشت سیلندر هست؟ موتور شیش سیلندر پمپ گازوییل 8 سیلندر؟؟؟ چجوری میشه درک کرد؟؟ از آن گذشته موتور kat ya devoo 😂😂😂😂😂
