Restoration is not just cleaning and painting, bearings had to be changed and correct assembly was required.

At 19:02 did you connect the mains earth to the plastic of the junction box??

The screw goes through into the metal body. He fastened the plastic box with three screws, leaving the fourth for the earth wire.
