I am a certified Stihl technician with experience with the 041s. This guy did this poor saw no good painting it red, and not properly adjusting the chain, or cutting correctly, or opening it wide open straight off the bat. Like sheesh she just slept give her some time to wake up.

I like how he used all the original parts he took off of including the clutch after heating it up and the seal that he poured out of it. Didn't use any oil to put it back together either.

Nice job, much efford involved, except the claws are screwed reverse, the chain mounted backwards, and the demonstration of fully repaired chainsaw isnt stihl ....it's another chainsaw...perhaps husky...thats why we cant se the chainsaw

Na hora do teste no corte da madeira não era a motosserra que foi restaurada no caso Stihl 041 AV... conheço muito bem o ronco da 041 pois eu tenho uma.

grouse work mate cheers from Australia 🇦🇺 🐨🐑🦘🌴or the land down under to your area and a good find and save i say as that,s a legendary and rare collectors item now days and i would have resprayed 🎨the parts all in the original color personally but other than that it,s a lovely one plus almost the color of those older Homelite and Shindaiwa Chainsaws if i remember rightly etc.

То, что работает👍👍👍. А что заявлено как рестоврация не соответствует действительности. Старая краска просвечивает сквозь новую👎. Отсутствует грунтовка 👎. Изделие нормально не прокрашено, сразу же появляются протëртости 👎. Металлические части очищены - лишь бы отстали 👎. И кто красит болты? 👎

Saw arrived yesterday kzfaq.infoUgkxfQm1wmg0ItKDLavxj1nXtQY9HP7EF504 and today I cut about 3/4 cord of wood with it. Make sure you get an extension chord that is at least 12 gauge wire, minimum. This is my first electric in about 10 years, and things sure have improved. The self-sharpener works great, and it just kept cutting through some pretty decent logs. Wear your eye protection, and ear protection. Excellent saw.

Chainsaw was planted there .look at the condition of it yes the bar and chain are rusty but look at the handles if it was under ground for long time they would rusted out .
