Rapaz vcs são muito bom no que fazem , esse motor deve ter ficado novo de fábrica kkkkk. Gosto muito de assistir os vídeos de vcs parabéns , e ver funcionando no final ainda melhor. Ok . BRAZIL

It's a piece of piss to strip the only bits uve got to line up are the conrod and ballance bar and the cams at the top of the engine everything else is just put in

ive said it before and will again you do nice work sir! watching the teardown and reassembly of this 2 cyl ohv 4 stroke all i can really think of is the engineer worked too hard so many bearings shafts and chains to fail and wear just on the timing side of things a trip to the russian design beauro might be in order for theese guys lol .thanks for the video

I did this with a 4 cylinder kz650 motor, it’s not too difficult I had zero experience and no manual but I did have ambition and the internet/KZfaq

I've done these engines and you missed a very important bit when lining up the top cams between the top line up Mark's thier has to be 24 rivets between inlet and exhaust cams on the top chain under the cam chain guard cos if its 22.23.25 ect the timing will eventually be off

Decent video but I would like to advise You to use torque wrench when tightening camshaft caps/journals as torque is a part of overall clearence for cams. Otherwise the may wear out to soon or you can loose some oil pressure.

Great Engine the EX500D, just build your own new cooling water tubes in stainless steel (the ones the go with o-rings into the head)

Don't the friction plates in the clutch normally all go in the same direction? On assembly you inserted them clockwise and counterclockwise..
