いつもながらお見事でした。単気筒のエンジンですが、やたらと小さい部品が多く、大変だったことと思います。サービスマニュアルを見ずに分解と組み立てが出来るところが凄いといつも見て思います。

Great work as always. Do you take on these jobs from customers? I have 1989 Honda MTX 200R and a 1999 Honda XR250. Both not used for over 10 years and needs restoring. Both bikes near Colombo.

Car le repaire sur la noix d’embrayage sert à insérer la première position du repaire en forme de gouttelettes puis chaque disques lisse doit ce positionner à 120 degrés du précédent jusqu'au dernier disques lisses

I don't understand how you remember where every part goes. I think I could take it apart, but I'm sure I'd put at least one washer in the wrong place and completely ruin it in the process.

Good job with the restoration of the engine, and the project in general! I have a few tips that I've acquired over the years that might help you. Putting the bearings in the freezer and heating up the cases with a hot air gun will make installation easier, and be better for the bearings and cases. If you do it right, the bearing will usually fall right in. If they don't, much less force is required than if they were both room temperature. I find it easier to put the seals in before any parts are put in the case halves myself, with a flat seal driver, but that's me. I like to put loctite on bearing and seal retainer bolts/screws. I've seen them come loose. If the cases require sealant, a little bit will do. Putting it on the case half without the crank and transmission in it will make life easier. Put the crank in the freezer too. Before you install it and put the case halves together, heat up the oiled main bearings with a hot air gun and put the crank in one half, then install the other half on it. I prefer to use a torque wrench on every fastener myself. Peace of mind. I like to put loctite on the shift drum star spring roller bolt too. I've seen these loosen up with use. I like to use new circlips and bend tabs too. I've seen used clips break, and tabs bent over too many times break off. I like to use a soft copper washer or coin between the gears when torquing the fasteners. A clutch holder tool soon pays for itself. It's one of my favorite tools! I like loctite on the primary and rotor nut/bolt too. I usually don't need sealant when using stock gaskets. Did you size your rings? If you don't, and the gap is too small, it will make a BIG mess of your new engine. Did you hook up the oil pump and exhaust valve? I wish my LT500R engine had an oil pump and a better exhaust valve. Hope you can use some or all of these in the future! Good luck with future projects!
