Restored 1990 Suburban V1500 Silverado 4x4 Walk-Around/Drive (Sold)

Up for sale is my 1990 V1500 Suburban 4x4 with the Silverado package. I've owned it for a little over three years but time to move on. Basically every part is new, restored OEM parts, or preserved. It has a 350 TBI engine, 700R4 transmission, NP241C transfer case and 10 bolt front and rear axles with 4:11 gears. I have receipts for most work/parts and the engine/transmission are still under warranty. I have 4 sets of keys (two original and two new cuts) with the manual, cassette and dealer brochure. It is rust free and everything works flawlessly. The audio system is custom built, but I still have all OEM speaker pods/kick panels for an easy return to stock. Please see the below list for some of what has been completed during the restoration.
*Crate 350 with all new accessories and new catalytic converter
*Rebuilt and upgraded transmission with dual auxiliary coolers
*Rebuilt T-case
*Completely overhauled front and rear axles with Yukon duragrip rear carrier, Yukon 4.11 gears front and rear, all new bearings and new u-joints on front axle shafts
*All new body mount bushings/bolts, Bilstein shocks, EZ ride 2 inch lift leaf springs, Moog ball joints, sway bar bushings, wheel bearings, locking hubs, brakes, brake master, tie rods, drag links, column bearing, new front and rear driveshafts and custom steering shaft.
*Entire Fuel system replaced including rebuilt TBI unit, charcoal canister, filter, pump, sending unit and all associated sensors
*entire HVAC/cooling system with upgraded blend door actuators, retrofitted heater core bypass valve for AC, evaporator, condenser, dryer, Sanden compressor upgrade, heater core, radiator, water pump and all hoses
*new front window regulators/motors with 10 gauge power feed run to all 4 doors/tailgate for associated window motor relay upgrade
*all new carpet, window/door seals, headliner, restored switches, sound insulation, audio system, restored gauges, restored trim, re-stuffed seats/arm rests, custom tachometer, all new interior and exterior lights
*entire electrical system has been gone through and most parts have been replaced or restored along with new OE style wire loom.
*optima red top battery, battery cables and upgraded powermaster alternator and starter with heat shield.
*305/70r16 BFG KO2 tires on 16x8 steel wheels with hub centering rings

My dream vehicle in amazing trim. Well done. That car is impossible to drive in Europe due to fuel costs. But it is just beautiful.

Very nice truck. This baby is SUPER CLEAN!! I have a 1992 K2500 that had the 5.7 TBI as well. It's a turd. I swapped in a 2007 LS 6.0 w/some nice little touches & it was the best thing I ever did for that truck. As soon as people hear it has the LS swap , they want to buy it. I just laugh and tell em no. But, I really like this truck of yours. It's worth every penny you're asking. Good luck if you haven't already sold it by now. o7

Wow that is one beautiful truck. I really like these R/V square bodies as they basically were available with all of the modern amentities that were available in the then-new GMT400 "OBS" trucks but with the looks and ruggedness of the square bodies. This is like buying a brand new 1990 truck! Whoever bought it is one lucky person! Great video.

Your Sanden AC compressor conversion is fantastic ! ...good job ! ... was this a kit ? or did you do this yourself ? Jay.

Sorry for the late reply. The brackets to mount it were from dirty dingo motorsports and worked perfectly. The compressor was a Sanden 4864 model. This one has the correct rear cover that mates up directly to the oem line-set with o rings. It is also a 7 piston compressor which is a must for the suburbans with rear AC. The oem lines need a short extension piece for the suction line connection to the condenser. There was a lot of other work completed to get the AC temps where they were but that covers the compressor retrofit.
