Restoring a '67 Nova in 10 Minutes!

Andy's '67 Chevy II had been sitting for 2 years, with no motor or trans, after cancer took the life of his 30-year-old wife. Raising 3 kids solo left no time or money to rebuild the car the kids call 'Casper'. Our Loctite Team hopes to make a dream come true.
The Chevy II returns from media blasting with some very bad news, and at least another 300 man-hours of body repair added to this restoration including the build-up of a new 383 stroker. The owner sees his 383 stroker fired up via webcam, and the Nova comes out of the paint booth with new paint with an old theme. Then, the family gets back their dream car and then some in an unbelievable reveal!

Wow....beautiful story and amazing ride! Truly brought tears to my eyes since my brother too had cancer which took his life in 2015. I inherited his 89 IROC which he also had for 2 years. I've since gutted it, but the same old story. I came down with an autoimmune condition and had to deal with 2 strokes. Now I'm wondering if my project will ever see completion. Well, it's not about me. I just wanted you to know there are those of us out here who would love to have this happen. I'm truly glad that you helped someone see their dreams come true. Keep up the great work.

I really doubt if replacing everything from floor panels to body panels to suspension to transmission etc. is actually a "restoration" project. While most of the restoration projects around the world deal with limited budgets, and no new parts available at all.

This is more of a "restomod". As far as what they did to the body, there was plenty of restoration done. Regardless of parts availability and cost, it's still a restoration.

Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the German Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing petrol stations to only one state operated central gas station per city. From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any more.
