Kent. I have really enjoyed watching all of your videos, but as a retired carpenter, I think the chuck wagon restoration videos have been my favorite. Well done sir. When we were little kids my Dad and Mom would set up ‘chuck wagon breakfasts’ on Saturday mornings, pancakes, eggs and bacon etc, but all cooked and eaten outside in our back yard. My Mom passed several years ago and my Dad passed this last January. Watching your chuck wagon restoration brought back some really happy memories for me. Thanks brother, and God bless you all. Incredible work Kent! Keeping living history for the next generations to enjoy. I'm reminded of Charles Goodnight, Texas rancher who introduced the chuckwagon concept in 1866. Wow... just flat out wow! As a longtime woodworker, I can appreciate all of the work that went into this, as well as the $$$$ that you put into it with the Oak lumber... especially at today's crazy lumber prices. I love your attention to detail and well thought out solutions. And as usual whenever I watch one your videos, I learn something new. That the technique you used with the spray paint so the grain pattern was not obscured, and gave it a rustic look, fantastic! Just what I need for a restoration I'm doing on an old joiner's tool chest. Although... it was kind of weird at first seein' the Cowboy without the trademark hat and sporting jeans and a sweat shirt ... lol. Thanks for sharing your journey!!

Kent, Shannon, Jason, and crew, I doubt there are very few 1876 Studebaker Chuck Wagons still in service today. The effort Y'all put into this restoration was amazing, and we viewers thank you for bringing us along to witness a part of the details you had to follow to maintain the very complex construction of the original design of this wagon. For a wagon built almost 150 years ago, it is hard to believe you were even able to find one in working condition, much less being able to get all these years of use out of it before needing to be restored. Your attention to your choice of materials, and upgrades assures us it will still be in service long after all of us viewers are long gone. God Bless Y'all.

These two wagon restorations videos have been so much fun to watch. The end result is beatiful piece of Americana, and even better: it's going back to work instead of collecting dust in a museum.
