I'm going to be doing some work on the drip rails for my 68 tomorrow. The idea of using a paint brush to smooth out the material is fantastic. Thanks.

Primed Mustangs can look pretty similar! They were heavily mass- produced back in the day. Due to popularity I think you can buy all the panels and parts to build one from scratch!

Will be following along with your restoration. My first car in 1968 was a 67 Mustang. White with red interior. I bout it used with 33 thousand miles. Was not badged as a GT but had a 390 engine with 3 speed on floor. Don't know how this combo happened but sure wished I had kept it.

Mark, I know man, I've been young too and doesn't seem to mind a lot , used to work a lot without mask on cement walls, sanding wood, using thinners and lacquer paints, but pleeeease use safety glasses and masks, believe us, it's not just for your current health, when you're over 40 your body will start to collect the toll big time. Awesome content man, really good project! hopefully you get to capture all of it. Also looking into seeing how your beemer will turn out, don't quit it!
