Wow, nice ! I’m in Indiana and bought my 2003 Element new. Now I’ve got 274,000 miles on her. I have had to do work on her over the years but, I STILL have a lot of original parts on it. I just replaced my 3rd windshield washer pump yesterday. It’s VERY rare to see any Elements on the used lots here in Indiana. I love that car, best money I ever spent !

Great video...we just gave our old 2008 Element EX to my daughter who recently started driving. It only has 86k miles so it's in very good shape. I hope she has a great time with it.

Awesome video! My ‘08 SC has 478,000 miles on it, so far. Did you also swap out your power steering fluid? I turkey baste it out (from the reservoir) and swap in new fluid about every 6 months. Make more Element vids!

Those k24a3 engines are bullet proof. Basic maintenance and it will last forever. One thing i have learned about Honda manual transmissions is, they seem to work best with Honda brand transmission fluid. Cool cars. :edit: just noticed yours was automatic = why the fluid was red.

Change my mind! Har. i'm purchasing a 2004 Orange AWD from a mechanic's shop. Had never driven one of these before today. My emotionally favorite vehicle was a 1984 Bronco 2. I liked the boxiness and glass for visibility. The one I drove was an improvement on the things that I liked about the Bonco 2--sturdy and much better wheel base. Those Bronco 2s would get your toes curling on the curves sometimes! Thanks for the vid. The one I'm getting needs some interior llc. being used as a shop vehicle

Good job replacing the rear diff fluid. Many people overlook this, old fluid will cause a strange knock noise in the rear when turning.

Thanks for the great video. I have an '05, 5-speed, Sunset Orange Element with just under 200K miles. Just like yours, but without the filthy interior (yuck!). Can you tell me please what the "10-cent" method is for the dash lights? Also, those seat covers. I assume they allow the side airbags to deploy in an accident, right? Many thanks, again, and nice job. I've camped in my "Steel tent" all over the West and just love her 'till death do us part. Enjoy yours!
