Nokia 8210 is a mobile phone by Nokia, announced on 8 October 1999 in Paris. At the time, it was the smallest, lightest Nokia mobile phone on the market,[1] thus its selling point was based on its design and customization, with removable Xpress-on covers. Brings back the memories of how famous you will be if you can have that phone back in early 2000's. It's really stunning at that time for the price and design where the smallest is the trend at the early stage of mobile phone era. Im talking about in philippines at that time, dont know about in your country at that moment you're free to tell.

Same here in India....it was a status symbol to hv a mobile phone at that time (early 2000's) ..... so much nostalgic to see these phones and ringtones.

@@Mayank_yadav2027 you're right dude, the society measures your value by the material things you can afford. But now it's hard to find here a brandnew sealed unit as a collector's item. You can find a refurbished one but it's a no for me.

I'm from the philippines too. When I was a kid, basically in the early 2000s, having gadgets was for rich kids. That's how I saw it. Even owning CDs and playing it on TV amazed me because we didn't had them. We weren't poor but just an average family. My cousins was one of the big shots back then because their father was working abroad. Even before that, they already have a huge speaker that plays cassette tapes. That was cool back then or maybe because we didn't and couldn't afford them back then makes me feel like you have to have a lot of money to own them.
