What if the patient suffers cardiac arrest during prone ventilation, will rescuers attempt to administer Prone CPR?

Czech team did amazingly well. Really good team leader and very good team members. She had control. There was no chaos. I think the worse part of the scenario is the instructor who was steering this scenario could have been better in understanding English and be more helpful. The team leader asked about three times the blood test results to look hypo/hyperkalemia but she did not appropriately respond to it. We never understood why the patient went to cardiac arrest in this scenario.
