in the AM range there is strong interference from the digital part of the circuit due to the lack of shielding, it needs to be disassembled and covered with foil

I'm so sorry that you favorite AM station changed their format.I collect vintage radios and we have some music stations on AM here in Upstate NY.

Must admit I prefer the look of this model as opposed to yesterday,but it's clear to see this firm makes some good products.nice to hear yoshi in the distant background,I couldn't do a video near my pet bird or hed never shut up!

You should check if the 1430 AM's format moved to an FM station. My talk radii stations all did that.

If the FM frequencies start at 64 MHz, check to see if there is a Region Setting that can be changed to the US FM band.

Gotta admit I've gotten a little Retekess fatigue from my subscription box (not just your channel). Why do they have so many different models of transistor radios? Does anyone even use pocket radios these days? Going down to 60mhz was very interesting, and an SD slot is nice at least.

If you're looking for another vintage music station to listen to, there's one out of the Cleveland, OH area called WKHR FM 91.5, which streams online. Their website is wkhr.org.

If you like Big Band Jazz then you might wanna give WKHR.org a look-see. They are a local station here in Northeast Ohio but are known as one of the better stations out there with that genre.
