@@brentsworld7011 the banana sauce or ketchup dates back to WWII to meet the demands of American GIs who wanted a substitute for their ketchup, but due to shortage of tomatoes during the war they had to resort to bananas, the greenish appearance made it unappealing so a red food coloring was added to make it more appealing and appetizing but most of all resembles the appearance of an american ketchup.
