In September 2022 a DHC-2 de Havilland Beaver owned by Brent Fox from Janesville, Wisconsin, landed in his backyard. Mr. Fox was kind enough to offer my dad a ride. Julie and I were lucky enough to get to go along to document the occasion.

Fantastic. @3:21 he had already been doing scans, listening to the engine, then grabs the joke contines a scan... as soon as he asks turns ? checks right. ✔

I loved your comment Mr West. I noticed dad was fixated on the panel as soon as he started the engine. I didn't think anybody else would notice. You must be a pilot?

@@GreenFamilyFiles - Thanks - wannabe rotor craft pilot. One day an actual PHi pilot told me the cold truth : a Premed spends this much $ and time to begin residency.. XX , to even get hired for a tuna boat you could easily spend more $$ & time.

I think when loading a Beaver it's true to say that you're likely to bulk out before you're over weight.
