As the Supreme Court prepares to deliberate on its most significant abortion access case since the reversal of Roe v. Wade and the potential for former President Trump's criminal prosecution, it does so without the presence of the long-serving liberal Justice Stephen Breyer, who retired two years ago. Breyer is now spotlighting his judicial philosophy with the release of his new book, "Reading the Constitution.”

When one of your colleagues has been extended the "hospitality" of billionaires who have cases of interest before the court, then yes, it becomes political. The court this man once served is NO longer the same court.

Breyer was a terrible Justice and never wrote a solid decision. He is a radical activist.

I wish a female lawyer would bring a lawsuit against Viagra. Easily 5 times more dangerous than Mifepristone, a zillion times more in use, and available through mail order. But only men use Viagra. And conservative judges and justices are only ruling against women.
