If people look closely at the video, the officer didn't pin him against the wall with his police car. The officer tried to block the escape, but the criminal bumped into the car and fell and unfortunately in the fall he was injured and died. There was no intention to kill on the part of the officer, the family ignores their son's bad record and how much harm he did to people and all this to ask for compensation.

My heart goes out to this mother but many many more peoples children will die from a lack of policing if police continue to face charges for doing their jobs. Willful negligence or abuse of power should be charged. Accident resulting from regular police procedures should not be.

He wasn't a saint I'm sure, but just because you're trying to avoid jail doesn't mean you should be killed. If he had pointed a gun at them, or was endangering someone's life that's different, but to be killed in such an inhumane way while running away is unfathomable

I recommend you watch it and see if it's true that the police officer killed this man, the rotten media stopped the video at that moment, watch the full video of the approach. The officer tried to block his path, the criminal turned around and hit the car 🚙 he fell to the ground, in no time he was pressed against the wall

Watch the video, the officer didn't smash it against the wall, he just tried to block the vehicle by throwing the vehicle further in front, blocking his path, but the criminal turned around and hit the vehicle and fell. Be careful with the media and families of criminals, they forget the crimes committed by the criminal. Family members want compensation, but while their son was alive they were unable to report the crimes he committed

VEHICLUAR HOMICIDE PRIOR TO ARREST ATTENT THE CASE ALL CASES AGAINST THE MAN. ENDED HIM...YEAH OFFICER HSOULD BE CHARGED. THEY JUS MAD THAT IS WAS A HOODLUM IT WILL MAKE THEM FEEL LESS POWERFUL TO LOSE A CASE TO A TTATTOE AFRICAN AMERICAN.

It was all justified to me. The guy shouldnt have took off running. Let's say he would of got inside the restaurant and offed someone. Then people would be screaming why didnt the cops stop him. You commit the crime, then take the punishment that comes with it instead of running

Unless another trooper or task force officer said they seen him with a gun, then he's going to get charged with manslaughter and do atleast 7 years. This trooper should know better especially since he's is a US Marshal task force officer
