In the wake of six brutal murders, the FBI seeks out the man responsible. A paranoid schizophrenic, the killer had left a trail of destruction directed at African Americans.

The Wikipedia article on Joseph Christopher has this chilling paragraph: "Christopher, who had paranoid schizophrenia, reached out for assistance after noticing his mental health slipping in 1978. He tried to admit himself to the Buffalo Psychiatric Center in September 1980. The Psychiatric Center staff told him he was not a danger to himself or others and so could not be admitted. This was a common practice at a time when such centers were being downsized. Instead, the center officials recommended counseling therapy. Fourteen days after he left the center, the killings began."

Paranoid Schizophrenia my foot. If that is only the case, then he would have been killing randomly and not targeting only a particular race. He is a racist murderer. Pure and simple.

46:50 When one does a police lineup through the "glass," I have heard that THEY can't see the "civilian." After what I've learned, I now believe that, most of the time, only ONE in the lineup is an actual perp! The other 4-5 are volunteers who "bear some resemblance to the perp," and that many are actual police officers!

The biggest tragedy of this whole case is no one has been charged in the cases of Parler and "Shorty" who had their hearts removed. There are not even any suspects after more than 40 years. Was there any cults running around in Buffalo? Was organized crime removing the hearts of their associates? These 2 cold cases need to be warmed up.

How many guys shooting people randomly in the head with a sawn off 22 rifle were their going to be?! Very unique weapon and the shell casings were uniquely identifiable from markings as clearly explained. Then the attacks stopped there and moved to New York and the guy used a knife in the army attack also. Sawed off barrel and magazine found from same guys house and found shells matched. Witness lineup id also. Guy had knowledge only known to attacker about taxi attacks. Evidence stacks up.
