thank you I know this is a 3 year old video but just what I needed. but my Spanish is terrible lol so to find this English Version is very grateful. I made more of a flower during person for sketching, but I wanted to smudge into birds. I was finding it a little difficult to work on the feathers pacifically how much feathers am I to put in to one sketch I think you've solved my issues thank you.

if you don't have a brush you can shmeer it with your finger and for darker shades, you can lick it a little

As a young lad in the 1950s I would practice by placing tracing paper over a picture of a bird and follow the shape with a pencil until I became used to forming the shape of the bird
