The IVC GR-DA30 is from 2007. This is a funky little mini dv camcorder and unfortunately it doesn’t work. It is in safe guard mode 06.

As someone looking at old cameras for sale online, your videos are super helpful to get an idea of what they would look like in person. All the ASMR sounds make me want one even more now because it’s so unique sounding. So Thank you!

I was 18 - I bought one of these just because of it's unique design - it was the cheapest MiniDV on the market at the time, and could be had for 149 on sale. Sold it back onto ebay not long after, it was a mediocre performer. I have been collecting and repairing AV equipment since the 90s - enjoy your channel!

Yeah you can definitely tell it was cheaply made. That’s awesome you know how to work on older camcorders. You might have to show me a thing or two 🤔

Amazing... Beautiful design. Interesting and new. I once bought a GR D93 in the regular design. I like this camcorder.
