I remember playing this game back then with a Celeron 266mhz, 64mb RAM, and an S3 Savage. It barely ran lol and I had install a custom driver because S3 had poor support for OpenGL

I think you have a bottleneck somewhere co's in your terminator dark fate 10 minute video. I had higher fps at the same settings as you presuming you had it 4k maxed out. at the same part of the intro on my 5900x and rx 6800 so something is up with your setup maybe. just noticed it. and 5800x3d is known to bottleneck high end gpu's of this generation.
