Agreed . The hardest part was at 4:00 . I failed countless times till I realised you have to kill them as soon as the planes fly above and the truck drives to the entrance which creates a small diversion . If you stay too long and wait the window is gone and your chances are smaller at avoiding the alarm . You also have to take in account the asshole in the tower . He is watching the place with his benoculars and you have to take out the patroling guard when the idiot isn't looking towards your area which is screwed up cause he changes his viewpoint randomly and while you are killing these other 2 assholes and you think all is well , boooom alarm and you wanna pour gas on the keyboard and set it ablaze .

snoopeZayko It's strange, I can't remember having any problem with this level the first time I played it back in 2001. I started playing this game just for fun a couple of days ago and finished this level after about 3-4 attempts. The part I failed at the most was when you have to sneak undetected in the first tunnel - had to it fast when the car/tank started moving. And instead of using the knife like in the video, i just shot everybody in the head with the silenced machine gun :P

+Josh Williams The hardest part of the game is the part, where you are most scared of creatures (those in the catacombs or those jumpy fellas on 2 arms with electricity), when you shit yourself everytime you see them :P

I could spend hours just sneaking up to guards, on this level. Fantastic! No cheating. It just takes time. Fun times.

I honestly think that remastering very popular and beloved older games should be in the company's best interest. It's a sure thing, the game will look even better, but with the same story and interactions. Just like how they should have remastered GTA San Andreas, but instead we got GTA 5.

90s kid have a lot to cherish. Wonderful game and endless discussions about every guard in this game and the ways to complete this level, makes me nostalgic. But I feel that this is not THE difficult level. The game gets too difficult when ghosts come into picture. :D

When your in the secret room you need to blow up the propane tanks, inside the crate is the treasure ;)

I have almost finished this level so many times. But that last guard always sees me and sounds the alarm before I can climb in the back of the truck. Also I found that getting on that wire and into the warehouse is actually really easy if you first get on the wall which is insanely easy and then walk along it to the roof of the first building and then get on the wire from there.

Your stealth gameplay technique was very good. I seen a few things I've never seen before, but I played on original x-box, each version is slightly different. I think I read of some type of "secret ceremony" in "Chateau Shustaffel" when you enter the auditorium if you get there stealthily. I've tried many times, but never seen the ceremony, I don't even know it it's on the x-box version. Know anything about that?

You can't just run across the compound to the truck. I get caught every time. I'm playing at Death incarnate as well. Every time I get line of site with the final guard, I'm instantly caught..... SMH

It is annoying, even for seasoned professionals. The final part is a hit and miss affair. Keep at it, listen to the strategy. But yes, this is the only "buggy" part of the entire game. Apart from you can kill the final boss without even hitting him, by making the entrance to the cave fall on his head. See if you can do that! It's not easy.

TheVanillatech I downloaded a save file with all the levels :) but i only skipped the forest level ( if i remember correctly ) IMO its the only over locked part of the game so far..

CRILLER3 Dude stop cheating! XD I haven't cheated on a game since probably back in the sega megadrive games, infinte lives for Sonic on the game genie. RTCW is a difficult game, especially on the hardest setting, but that is what makes it fun! The challenge! Something that is totally void in todays easy moronic casual shooters. I mean you can't even die in some of them, and if you get hit by 50 bullets in COD just hide behind a wall and your life magically climbs back up to full! This is why I won't play them - 4 hours of gameplay and you don't ever feel vulnerable or injured. All in all though, I think RTCW is one of my top 5 all time single player shooters. I come back to it roughly once a year, even on my i7 GTX770 rig. If only they made a worthy remake, instead of those console trash games since Bethesda and Zenimax took over. Where are you Raven Games?!?!!

CRILLER3 Serious Sam HD 1 + 2 are both on my PC :D Regularly play them. Oldschool at it's best. Not tried SS3 yet.

NinjaTriple XXX the level is needed to get the scoop rifle that is when you see the 2 guards speaking at the machine gun. you have to get back the officer and you will find a "crate" with the sniper, some ammo and the tjompson

you have to shoot that explosive thing in the secret area, it will blow up the box next to it, and you'll find a golden helmet
