Biome boss 3 - Nemesis - Titan Master Race barricade strategy.
This is more trying to show off the power of consumables. Every review I’ve seen people are saying consumables don’t matter or are to weak. This is the consumable Energy barricade. It blocks every attack in the game outside of melee hits. On boss 6 you’ll need to watch her hands, if you sit behind the barricade she will eventually try and slap you.
If you would like to know more just lmk in comments. I’m not really looking to get into content creation just sharing stuff that has helped me along the way.

@@monkeyd.luffythepirateking1301 its 300% as far as the health cap. If you get the artifact that increases max integrity upgrades I think you cap around 283% or somewhere around there anyway.

Easy strategy: have ridiculous health upgrades and OP alt-fire.

The alt fire in this run is awful for bosses.... one of the worst in the game tbh lol... As far as health upgrades, if you have the right luck with a run and you don't get hit a lot you should be reaching 300% by biome 3 every time. I've never made it to biome 3 or 6 without being 300% even in my early runs.

@@kensaiD2591 that makes no sense. The health in this game isn’t that scarce. I’ve been at 255% before without even realizing. Probably higher than that in my other play throughs but I’ve never checked my stats. Unless you’re skipping a lot of areas or just getting wrecked by everything, then I’m not sure how you’re not getting 200% health.

@@Tre_Notes dunno what to tell you. I've finished the game including act 3. Just hunting down the last few Ciphers. I got the 200% trophy after finishing act 2 as I set out to purposefully reach that much integrity. As for level 30 proficiency, I got that after finishing act 3 by grinding it out in biome 6. Different play styles.

@@kensaiD2591 yeah I suppose. I haven’t reached that high of proficiency yet but at the same time I’m only on my third boss. Bought the game on release day but couldn’t even freaking play it due to my ps5 having issues at the time until I had to get it fixed. Anyway, wasn’t trying to pass any judgement or anything I was just super confused. To me it feels somewhat easy building up my health bar. Until I get slapped around by a gang of enemies or whatever.

The third phase is even easier if you just walk backwards off the ledge whenever there is incoming, and just grapple back to it again.

Man just beat this boss first try. Thx for the advice! For the future players you can also stay in the air and dash to dodge the attacks.

I did the same, don't stay on the ledges in the third phase, continue dropping off of them so that the Alien lasers will miss you.

Works like a charm. Only needed to use it on 2nd phase of the fight, and it makes this boss battle sooooo much easier.

Did biome 1+ 2 & full 3 to max out to 15 weapon & max artifacts ,plus too 2 small health & one large + astronaut to the fight but did not need them.this was far easier than biome 1boss which took forever to beat.

I was on this level boss yesterday , and got trapped between 2 ledges for a moment which stopped me from completing this level. Its annoying at times , but I'll keep at it.

The first time I faced him I was low health and didn't bother to farm, third time I came back i farmed though the first and second biome and got so many good itens I was able to kill him without difficulty.

So…when do you get access to the energy shield? In Biome 3? This seems like an OP build that would beat anything honestly and less like a genuine strategy.

Mainly, enemies drop these shields, but they do work for a little while....and you can't move them.

They are only really practical for boss 3,4, and 6. Outside of that I don't really pick them up tbh. Those bosses are basically stationary and very easy to just stand in place and melt.

What happened during the second phase, how's did it's whole health bar deplete like that? Just seen you drop the energy shield, and your weapon was tickling his health bar then death👀 . Took a break from the game cause of heavy work weeks. So now I'm completely rusty and in my few attempts on the boss it's taking me like 10 minutes to get rid of his first health bar with whatever I find

That shield increases damage and that doom altfire is one of the best ones in the game especially if you use the shield. Weapon stimulant + shield = OP

@@hozanko it comes around proficiency 15 I believe. I've seen it on the carbine, hollowseeker and pistol. I think what did that crazy damage though was the portal gun the hollowseeker made along with that energy barricade buffing it's damage

@@dreambiscuits oof portal gun now too. Lol looks like I missed out on a lot. Didn't really have the time to sit down and really play just been trying to rush thru. Can't boot up another game or update anything while playing this. Lost some very good mods and weapon one time because a power surge in the middle of the night messed up the sleep mode. And another sexy run when I had a little more time for robbed by a game crash so I've been just rushing thru trying to kill the boss and the weapons just been ugly lol thanks for the replies

I’ve been damn near just going through biome one to get ready like getting health and items and all that before I take the shortcuts. Unless you’re pretty good then just go take the shortcuts to the biome you wanna go to and hope there’s good weapons/stuff there

I would only fight the bosses if you are having an unlucky run as far as artifacts and you are very comfortable with the fights. When I was doing runs early on I always cleared the first biomes entirely and then usually streamlined to the bosses on 3 and 6. At this point I've platinumed the game and 100%'ed every boss/enemy type outside of the hostile 13 scout so I can pretty much speed run any of the maps or bosses. The game is super punishing though, especially early on, so having the best loadout and health pool is ideal for getting through prolonged fights.

Its a consumable, goto a fabricator they are sometimes there, they’re named barriers or smthg

It is a consumable obtained through Cthanos (The pillar that takes ether in the ship spawn room). I got it as a 6 ether item, the cost goes up to 12 as you unlock more.

U obviously must be higher then the boss cuz u have beaten him before with all that health and the new shield which more then likely unlocks for u in a different biome.... but on a serious note I wish I could do this strat in biome 3...

the energy vbarricade is an item you can randomly get early on, once you can unlock new items just spending ether right ourside of the ship

Actually this was my second attempt at the boss. The items drop from Cthanos (the pillar that gives you an item for ether by your ship) you should be spending all of your ether on cthanos until you unlock the items/artifacts. As they are hands down the best items and upgrades in the game and will hard carry you through everything.

It is a CThanos item, the pillar that is by your ship that gives you an item for ether trade. It is called Energy Barricade.

You can also get enemies to drop them. I hardly seen any in my 20 hours so far but one run I picked up a parasite that increased enemy droprate. I got like 3 in the first biome

Energy barricade consumable. I’ve done this boss 22x now and it’s always dropped for me in the key rooms before the boss. It honestly feels like it’s made for this boss. And boss 4 and 6.

@@dylanhahn6508 yes. So to be clear: I believe the item is from the Cthanos. I was trying to remember exactly where I got it from. The cthanos to me is the progression you need early to succeed. The artifacts and consumables you unlock from it can be game changing. I may just make a video highlighting consumables and items.

It can be dropped as an artifact, it will grant you permanent effect

For the purposes of this run I had the artifact which increases the potency of parasites, and I had the parasite that increases the chance to not use a consumable. It increases it to a 40% chance not to use the consumable. So I was able to use the same siphon multiples times, this was only my second attempt at the boss so I wasn't aware of all of the mechanics at the time.

Doombringer. It's absolutely amazing. It's identical to the lightning orbs the demon hunters make in Diablo 3. That alt fucks up the final boss. I did like almost half his health on one alt fire lol

@@dreambiscuits I just recently got into act two after “escaping” the planet for the first time. Still haven’t come across that alt. Or the shield he was using. I need those haha
