Not all kids poop or pee in the pool. My son never did that. And they make swimming dippers for young kids to keep that from happening if your kid can't hold it. That's on the parents if they don't take precautions.

There are millions of people suffering from illnesses that affect their digestive systems, hundreds of thousands if not millions who have stomas and colostomy bags. BELIEVE me when I tell you, there is NO adult on earth that would be anything other than totally mortified and humiliated if they accidentally defecated in the pool. Colostomy bags can leak, they can rupture, and cause total humiliation when this happens. A person with IBD can have an accident before they're able to make it to the restroom.
