I would say , updos and 2 strands. Updos because I get to show my creative side , and 2strands because of the convince for the client . You can’t go wrong with 2 styles in 1 .

Yes but I would recommend design essentials rosemary mint conditioner . It melts right on the hair without caking and buildup
