I think you are wearing a very fitting blouse which will hug your skin & if the material of the blouse is delicate then it will get damaged at the sides, go for extra stitches on sides of blouse & loosen it if u notice any damage & if it is already damaged then get it replaced with same fabric on sides, it will be a small patch & it will go unnoticed under your arms. If the cloth is already damaged then ask your tailor to cut the work part & go for a plain Pattu blouse & get the work patches skillfully appliquéd on the new blouse by a karighar I. e Maggam work person, they charge for it but it will be very less. You need a very patient & good tailor to get the repair work done, you can use the inside part of your Pattu saree to lengthen your blouse or you can go for pure Pattu material too, if u have margin inside of the blouse then it becomes easy too, ask the tailor he will guide you, always when u stitch costly Pattu blouses take the remaining cloth or borders from tailor so that they can be used in future needs, have a great day Manasseh Reddy garu
