I bought the original Eclipse jacket from you after watching Itchy boots, she had the light coloured one which I also got. Its a well made jacket and suits the hot days, I still wear it as the condition is excellent so a good buy for me. I'd definitely recommend this jacket.

I would say one thing which is that if you're going to get a back protector for this jacket, definitely get the air version of the seesmart back protector. The air version is much better for air flow and is a little more flexible too.

I have the original and it is superb. Wore it today in 27c and was v comfy.

I'm glad they upgraded the armor but it looks like a baggier fit than the first Eclipse. I think that's great for stockier riders but us folks with slim builds appreciated the old fit over the new one. I felt like the Eclipse was the one good budget option for slimmer builds but it looks like we've lost that now.
