Yea old hayabusa was meta but the ult can't hit the person you wanna kill tho that's the problem, They now made it so that if you use your ult it prioritizes marked first And also consumes passive marks to deal additional damage, But there's still this one thing bothering me, The shuriken why did they remove the shuriken It could've been that good
