Unpopular Opinion: Even if they actually do eventually ban hot dogs in NYC, it's just as well. Brown hotdogs just can't compare to Brightleaf hotdogs. If you're ever in North Carolina, I recommend getting some Brightleaf hotdogs. They're as red as a maraschino cherry, and they have a unique savory sweet flavor. There are other red hotdogs out there that try to imitate, but they really don't stack up against the real deal. (If you go to Jones's Cafe to get them, I'd steer clear of their chili.)
