REVEALED: OFFICIAL NEW LEICESTER STADIUM PLANS - LCFC Stadium Expansion Revealed

Today Leicester City have officially unveiled new plans for the expansion of the East Stand of the King Power Stadium and significant development of the surrounding areas including a new indoor sports arena, a multi-storey car park, a block of residential apartments, a 220 room hotel and business centre as well as a fan zone area and a dedicated Leicester City fanstore.
I also show you my University designs that I created in a very similar project .

Fantastic video Scott. Thoroughly enjoyed your take on things & your enthusiasm is contagious. This project is awesome but as Leicester people we are used to hollow promises so let's see it through all design iterations & approvals. That said, I believe Top is called Top for a good reason. Well done on your masters, the amount of work you did gave me chills. Keep up the great work. Forza Foxes!!!

Hey Scott, we cannot expand the west stand as there would be no space to expand due to the canal being in the way. The only other way we could expand is if we remove the car park opposite SK1 Turnstile 25-27 so that there is space to expand the KOP. Other than that, we will struggle to expand due to the holiday inn and the main road.

Unfortunately the original stadium design only allows for the expansion of the East Stand. Given the development being planned around the stadium this us as big as it will probably get.

Nah if you read the FAQ section on the feedback page on lcfc website. It says there is room for further expansion in the future. I’ve heard that the final goal is to have a 50-55k stadium. I guess they are just doing it slowly, and not rushing it.
