Take a break? I haven't taken a break from Led Zeppelin since my big brother came back from his Vietnam tour in 1969. Before leaving 'nam he visited Thailand buying stereo equipment and shipping it back home (mom & dad's house.) He called home to let mom & dad know and warning them not to let Mark mess with it. I was only 10 years old at the time I don't think I had the knowledge to set up stereo equipment anyway. He finally arrives home and I couldn't wait for him to set up the audio equipment! About a week later he starts setting up everything, first the receiver, speakers and then the turntable. First LP to hit that turntable, of course, Zeppelin's first! I was mesmerized! Then I crapped my pants... Zeppelin's second LP hits the turntable! My first time hearing Led Zeppelin. I was hooked! Dad spoiled the fun and beat on the door telling him to *TURN IT DOWN!* Big brother payed no attention and the loud Zeppelin still played on. I was scared of dad, but big brother said, you think I'm scared of dad? Not after roaming the jungle with people shooting at me, lol!

@@BladeBrilliant My dad was a waist gunner in a B-24 Liberator over Europe during WW2. Grandpa was fighting in the trenches of Europe during WW1. Between all three I heard some stories about combat as a kid. Probably why I never joined the service. Although, my hat's off to those that did.
