In a way yes investing in equity have the possibility of higher returns than bonds, but the key word is possibility. Similarly, you will also be facing the risk of your equity investment going down negative returns than bonds. If the latter happen, you don't really have a safety net form yet from CPF to cushion you from any huge impact.

Up this comment, I am also interested to hear that.. Would that means you will get hit by proration when you go to Private hospital? And would end up paying a lot more on your end? Unless totally no plan to go Private at all for the rest of your life..

Seth if i got cash confirm I won't put CPF. Returns too low. My pf average 20% returns pa for past 10 years. 2.5% is just waaaaaay too low. But now u working for Providend CPF grow so fast coz I heard their pay not bad. 😅
